- Yes, as long the new schedule is available.

- Is there warranty on your work?
- We give 1 month warranty on our labor work.
- How can I pay?
- You can pay in cash, bank deposit/transfer, or GCash.
- Will I know the cost before you do the service?
- Yes, we will give you a Cost Estimate of the service you need. You will approve all costs before any service is performed on your vehicle. There are no surprise or hidden costs.

- How often do I have to change engine oil?
- We recommend every 5,000 kms or 6 months (whichever comes first) or what is indicated your vehicle service manual.
- What type of oil do you use?
- You have the option of choosing mineral or fully synthetic type of engine oil. For either option, we recommend using oil that is compliant to the latest API rating suited to your vehicles. Here is useful link to refer to: Click here.
- Do I need to change my oil filter?
- Yes, you need to change your oil filter with every oil change.
- Can I use my own oil?
- Yes. However ,these is a corkage fee for using your own supplies.
- Do you use additives?
- Though it is not in the standard menu, we highly recommend using engine flush and additive.
- What type of pads do I need for my vehicle?
- The ideal type of pads depend on what your vehicle is and how you use it. We have General CT pads ideal for daily driven sedans, 4WD/SUV pads for SUV’s and Pickup vehicles, Metal King pads for vehicles that do frequent hauling or people moving like vans and AUV’s.
- When should I change brake pads?
- A proper brake inspection is needed to assess whether your vehicle pads need changing.
- How will I know if I need to resurface my rotors?
- A common sign is a pulsating pedal feel upon braking. Rotor resurfacing is also highly recommended upon change of brake pads.
- Do I need to dismantle the rotors in order to resurface?
- There is no need to dismantle the rotors with our specialized brake lathe machine. This makes the process faster and more efficient.
- Can you resurface all types of rotors?
- Our machine is compatible for most types of vehicles. There are a few high-end vehicles that do not fit our adapter. In this case, we are not able to perform the service.
- What are the benefits of decarbonizing the engine?
- Decarbonizing will improve your idling, engine response, acceleration and fuel economy.
- Every when should I decarbonize?
- Those who frequently drive in traffic will benefit in decarbonizing their engine as early as 10,000 kms. With our driving conditions, we recommend engine decarbonizing every 15,000 kms.
- Is decarbonizing safe for my engine?
- Yes, our decarbonizing process is 100% safe for all types of engines.
- What chemicals are used to decarbonize?
- We only use BlueChem chemicals to decarbonize. BlueChem products are TUV certified, which guarantees quality and performance.
- Is this the same as waxing or detailing?
- No. Glasscoating is similar but not the same. Our glasscoating chemical is a lot more resistant to environmental elements compared to the usual polymer-based sealants and waxes.
- How does glasscoating compare to other types of paint coatings?
- We use Supagard. This is a polysilazane based product that is superior compared to polymer-based products.
- How long will your glasscoating last?
- Our Supagard glasscoating can last up to 5 years without the need for reapplication, assuming you properly maintain your vehicle exterior.
- Does my vehicle need any preparation before glasscoating?
- Glasscoating is recommended for brand new vehicles or newly detailed vehicles. Vehicle should be free of swirlmarks and other exterior imperfections prior to glasscoating application.
- What are the benefits of detailing?
- Detailing removes contaminants, swirl marks and light scratches on your cars exterior paint. This process gives your car that brand new showroom shine.
- What is your procedure for detailing?
- We assume that you car has been recently washed. Our detailing process starts with clay bar cleaning. Afterwhich, we do inspection and then make the necessary preparation. Then we do the final step of polishing.
- How long will my vehicle stay shiny?
- Preserving the shine of detailing depends on how you maintain your vehicle exterior. For best results, we highly recommend application of our Glasscoating service after detailing.
- How often should I change the automatic transmission fluid?
- We recommend every 40,000 kms or 4 years (whichever comes first), or follow what is indicated in your vehicle service manual.
- What type of ATF do you use?
- The type of ATF is specified in your vehicle service manual. The ATF should be the same or compatible with what is specified.
- Is there a filter that needs to be changed?
- Some vehicles have transmission filters that need to be changed together with the ATF.
- How often should I change the coolant?
- Ideally, coolant should be changed every 20,000 kms or 2 years (whichever comes first).
- How often should I change the brake fluid?
- Brake fluid naturally absorbs moisture, which degrades its performance. Ideally, brake fluid should be changed every 10,000 kms or 1 year (whichever comes first).
- What type of brake fluid do you use?
- We recommend Bendix brake fluid. DOT 3 is recommended for normal use. Those who want more performance can choose DOT 4. DOT 4, however, needs to be changed more frequently.
- How often should I change belts and hoses in my vehicle?
- Belts and hoses are changed as recommended in the vehicle owner’s manual. Integrity of belt and hoses can also be visually inspected. MyCASA recommends using OE belts and hoses. MyCASA offers Sun brand (from Japan) as an alternative.
- How often should I have my Vehicle's intake manifold cleaned?
- When carbon build-up is excessive, chemical engine decarbonize will not be sufficient to clean the intake system. In these cases, the intake system must be manually taken down and cleaned.
- How often should I change my vehicle's shock absorbers?
